William Chen

Bill is an executive experienced in operations management, business development, supply chain management, manufacturing, distribution, inventory management, procurement and human resources. From 2018 through 2019 Bill was Director of Operations at Hoffman Southwest Corp. where he was responsible for a division encompassing five states with full P&L responsibilities. From 2011 to 2018 Bill was Chief Operating Officer of Galkos Inc., one of the largest residential solar integrators in the United States, where he was responsible for operations, P&L and obtained earnings goals. From 2004 through 2011 Bill was Vice President of Sales Operations at Watsco, Inc. where he was a key member of the executive team responsible for the strategic direction and tactical implementation for the largest independent wholesale distribution supplier of HVAC equipment and supplies the United States. He was also a key member of the mergers and acquisitions team.

Dale Hoover

Dale is a certified public accountant and financial management executive with experience in GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley controls within the new COSO framework. From 2012 to 2019 Dale was Chief Financial Officer of HBP Financial & Forensic Services, where he provided forensic accounting and financial consulting for publicly traded corporations primarily in the electrical construction, civil and transportation construction, and underground construction industries. From 1995 through 2012 Dale was CFO of Civil Group of Tutor Perini Corporation, a five billion-dollar publicly traded general contractor with US and foreign operations.

Kyle Juedes
Private Equity Analyst.

Kyle’s role at the Firm consists of sourcing acquisition candidates, financial modeling, performing due diligence, transaction structuring, and communication with owners, executives and boards of acquisition candidates. Kyle also plays a role in coordination with investment bankers and lenders. Before joining Cebron Group, Kyle received his Master of Science in Financial Analysis degree from the University of San Francisco where he was the Chief Investment Officer of the Student Managed Fund and the School of Management Representative for the Graduate Student Senate. He received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Riverside.

Jake Rice
Private Equity Analyst.

Prior to joining the firm, Jake worked as an analyst focused on assisting technology companies in high-growth industries accessing private capital. He also played a substantial role in guiding companies in their growth strategies. At Cebron Group, Jake focuses on research, financial analysis, and sourcing acquisition candidates. He holds a BS in Corporate Finance from San Diego State University, and is currently a level III candidate in the CFA program

Paula Sweis
Business Development.

Paula worked as an investment analyst at Gold Gate Capital, an alternative asset investment firm, where she played a key role in $1 billion in transactions. Paula was with Warner Bros. Entertainment for five years as an analyst and received a Bachelor of Science in finance from the London School Of Economics, London.
